History
The Pamranians in the Pomeranian province were reared from the ancient Spitz races from the far north. The closest relatives of Pamranine are Norwegian Elkhound, Schipperke, German Spitz and American dog Eskimo, Samuid and other Spitz members. They are all characterized by triangular faces, standing ears and thick fur-like covers. The early Pamranians weighed about 13 kg.
