Akita Race Mood

Although Akita is a submissive dog, she sometimes becomes insane. Very cautious and kind to family members, smart, courageous and fearless. He is eager to learn and needs to be educated at an early age. It is one of the first and most loyal guard dogs. It is aggressive towards other dogs and animals and should not be released from the collar in public places. He usually treats children who are family members, but may not tolerate other children and may even bite. He enjoys the company of his owner and soon becomes bored.
