History of dog breed Kane Corso

Kane Corso’s birthplace is Italy. Its old name is Canis Puganax. His ancestors used to hunt large wild animals as well as battles. Over the years, this race has been a unique companion to the Italians. Known as a guard dog, personal guard, shepherd and sometimes hunter. In the past it was abundant throughout Italy. In those years there was a great presence in southern Italy, especially the city of Puglia. The name of this race is derived from the word Cohors meaning “guard”. It was registered in 2008 by AKC.

Kane Corso’s dog temperament

Very loyal, eager to please and relax around the house. Kane Corso is highly intelligent and highly educated. Active and fun. The watchdog is unmatched. Kane Corso Italian treats family children well. Obedient and very affectionate towards its owner. They are defensive but calm dogs. Kane Corso has a steady temper that makes him a great watchdog and guard. He never roams around and never leaves his family. Moves very close to its owner. If the attacker is in danger, the attacker will be the defender for the home, the owner and his territory. Kane Corso has been a dog of war for hundreds and years as a working dog. It is not a dog that wages war with other dogs but will never allow others to dominate and invade. Kane Corso needs an experienced owner to know how to nurture and obey him. If not well socialized at birth or considers himself superior to humans (talk of altruism), he can be aggressive towards strangers and other dogs. Must be well-educated, obedient, and social at birth. If Kane Corso has a cool, calm yet firm attitude to educate him on the shoulders and shoulders and engage him in mental and physical activity, he will become a great companion. Suspicious to strangers and treating family members tremendously. Kane Corso should not be hasty with strangers in the presence of his owner if he is properly trained. Must be familiar with all family members. Kane Corso’s ears were cut from the past to work better in the fight against wolves to protect the flock (because the long ear can be cut off when fighting the wolf). Their ears are more sensitive than other parts of the body
